Product availability is subject to change. We will notify you if an ordered item is out of stock or subject to extended lead time and offer alternatives or a refund.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at time of order placement is the price charged. Sales tax is collected where applicable under Arizona and federal law.
We accept major credit and debit cards, government purchase orders (for approved entities), and Net 30 terms (for approved accounts). We reserve the right to verify payment before processing any order.
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, including for reasons of product unavailability, pricing errors, or inability to verify customer information. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation or purchase order approval.
Unmanned Systems Source is SAM.gov registered and accepts government purchase orders from qualified U.S. government agencies, prime contractors, and subcontractors. Purchase orders must include the issuing agency or contractor name, purchase order number, billing and shipping address, line item descriptions with quantities and unit prices, and an authorized signatory name and contact information.
Net 30 payment terms are available to approved government and commercial entities. We reserve the right to require prepayment for first-time orders from new accounts.
All orders are subject to U.S. export laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). By placing an order, you certify that you are not a restricted party, are not located in a sanctioned country, and that products will be used only for lawful purposes consistent with applicable export regulations. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tucson, Arizona. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
