🚚 Free standard shipping on all orders $500 and over to the continental United States. All international orders are subject to export compliance review prior to shipment.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed or purchase order is approved. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Mountain Time or on weekends and federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Items that require export compliance review (EAR or ITAR-controlled products) may require additional processing time. You will be notified if your order is subject to a compliance hold.

Delivery estimates are from the ship date, not the order date. USS ships via UPS and FedEx. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific carrier is required by your purchase order.
Free standard ground shipping applies to orders totaling $500 or more shipped to addresses in the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories). Free shipping does not apply to expedited services.
For government orders requiring a specific carrier or shipping account number, please include this information on your purchase order.
We ship internationally subject to U.S. export control compliance. All international orders are reviewed under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and, where applicable, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) prior to release.

We accommodate shipments to U.S. military installations, APO/FPO addresses, and government facilities. Government purchase orders should specify the required shipping carrier and account number if applicable. We support both standard commercial shipping and government-directed carrier routing.
A tracking number is provided for all shipments via email once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Orders requiring a signature will be noted in the shipping confirmation. For government orders, tracking information is provided to the billing contact listed on the purchase order.
Signature confirmation is required for orders exceeding $1,000. For high-value or sensitive equipment, we may require adult signature at our discretion. If you will not be available to sign, contact us before your order ships to make alternative arrangements.
Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. If a package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact us within 5 business days of delivery at sales@unmannedsystemssource.com or (520) 620-9818. We will initiate a carrier claim and arrange for replacement or refund.
