Description

BP365 Near-UV Bandpass Filter

BP365 Near-UV Bandpass Filter is a Blacklite dichroic filter that can be used with all UV LED, UV fluorescent and other UV-producing lamp-based lighting. BP365  filter material is designed to block the visible and pass UV light and passes the 395nm wavelength and all other popular UV LED wavelengths. The substrate material is low-expansion Borofloat, making this filter highly heat resistant.

Useful Range 335-400nm
FWHM 80mn
Tolerance +/- 10nm
Minimum Peak Transmission >85%
Surface Quality 40/20
Compatible LED 365nm
Available for the following Mounts Threaded | C/CS Camera | Slip | Unmounted | Custom

The Benefits of Filters – One Filter, Works Twice as Hard

Single & Dual Bandpass Filters by MidOpt

  • MidOpt Dual Bandpass filters transmit two specific wavelength ranges while blocking unwanted light, eliminating the need for a second camera or costly filter switching mechanisms.
  • Dual and single band filters for NDVI imaging have been created with specific vegetative reflection bands and camera spectral response in mind. Most popular plant health indices can be accommodated. Even lower cost consumer cameras can be easily converted or modified for monitoring vegetation. In order to reduce weight, standard thickness is 1mm.
  • Dual Bandpass filters also allow use of color cameras for both day and night imaging, even in complete darkness. A broad visible pass band is designed to mimic that of the camera’s original IR blocking filter, while an infrared band is also provided to match popular infrared LED illuminator wavelengths. 735nm, 850nm and 940nm dual band filters are available.
  • Using a DB940 filter, commensurate IR lighting produces virtually no visible signature while daytime color rendition is uncompromised. Suitable applications include security surveillance, traffic monitoring, license plate recognition, 3D point cloud imaging and game tracking.
  • After the color camera’s internal IR blocking filter has been removed, dual or single band filters can be provided in threaded aluminum mounts, black Deirin slip-on filter mounts or in custom sizes and thicknesses for mounting between the lens and the sensor.
